GARDEN PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR
Are you the next International Garden Photographer of the Year?
Clive Nichols is proud to be one of the judges for this fantastic annual competition, which is open to all photographers. The title 'International Garden Photographer of the Year and a cash prize of £5,000 is awarded to the photographer whose single picture is chosen as the overall winner. There are also top cash prizes for category and special award winners as well as a free entry day to Kew Gardens for everyone who enters and an opportunity for all entrants to receive personal feeback on their entries.
The winners and finalists' photographs from the competition are displayed in a unique outdoor exhibition that is hosted by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew throughout the summer. Viewed by over half a million visitors, the exhibition is sure to really inspire all you budding flower photographers.
There is also a special category for under 16s. Clive is especially excited about Young Garden Photographer of the Year. "It will unearth some great new talent from the next generation of photographers."
Closing date for entries to the fourth competition (which is now open): 30th November 2010.
